Scope and Contents From the Series: This series contains a range of correspondence from family members writing to Odell Shepard to prominent writers such as Irving Babbitt (1865-1933), Sinclair Lewis (1885-1951), and Wallace Stevens (1879-1955). It also contains correspondence from publishers such as Alfred A. Knopf (1892-1984), and newspapers, primarily the Christian Science Monitor.
